       Reading is one of our way of gaining new knowledge and information essential, especially at school. Reading is not just about gaining knowledge but also knowing yourself better. For every day we see things that are unfamiliar to us, we ask but the best thing to do is read. Through reading you are rediscovering and rearranging yourself. You were able to know the capabilities of your skills and the nature of your habits in the in the field of either knowledge or body skills.

       Reading is one of our way of interacting with other people. Example, if you are fund of reading love stories and novels, you might find a person similar to your habits. Through that you will be able to share your information , opinions and other things that help you know each other better. Through reading we are enhancing our imagination, our interests and especially how we speak and interact with other people that is important when we meet peoples coming from around the world.

        We often waste our time doing nothing, playing games and disregarding the river of knowledge you can attain by reading. Not all are fund of reading, but there is nothing to lose when you try, and eventually you will gain something. And as part of the community, we must learn to value the work of others as they work hard for it so that knowledge will be bestowed upon us.

       Let us not just celebrate reading in special occasions, but every day. Admit that no matter how boring it is to read, especially books, you will always get help from it at the end of the day. But do not always think that reading is the only form of knowledge gaining. As you grow you will find your own way to gain knowledge. There is always time to discover, create your own way and always remember that god created you with passion and great love. Then you are unique and shall you always rise.

        Knowledge is essential so as confidence. Read and learn, stand straight, chin up, the path is straight, success awaits you.

"My Reflection this Quarter"

         ICT for me is never been easy, especially this quarter. There are a lot of terms, people and essays that you need to writ, memorize and understand.       This quarter i learned how to make a blog. In my last school we focus on computer hardware and system servicing but did not tackle this lesson; about blogging. It is a great thing for me because it adds to my knowledge and to my discoveries, and i know that it will be useful.      The problem that i encounter this quarter is also the blogging. As i have said, i never tried this before, and its a big challenge for me. It is a challenge for me to learn, and challenges me to do my best and never stop learning.       I solve this problem by focusing on my studies and by learning to those who are experienced in this field.              Every July, people across the Philippines celebrates National Nutrition Month with various activities which is led by the National Nutrition Council. National Nutrition Week raises awareness on the important role of food in our health, bad effects of bad eating habits and many more.
